I ship Monday through Friday via USPS First Class
mail. Orders are usually processed within 2 to 3 days not including
weekends or holidays. Once shipped, domestic orders normally arrive
within 5 business days.
International shipping times vary but most packages are delivered 2 to 4
weeks after being shipped. Some international packages may take longer
to arrive depending on Customs and your local postal service. Ava Mae and Ruby Lu Vintage is not responsible for Customs duties or fees.
I've had great experiences with the USPS and though packages usually
arrive within a few days, every so often a package takes longer than
expected to arrive. Unfortunately, once I give packages to the USPS, I
have no control over what happens to them or how long they take to be
delivered.
If you are sending your package to a business address or address with
multiple units, please make sure to include the business name and suite
number. Packages returned due to an incomplete address will be sent
again after additional shipping charges are paid or the order will be
refunded (minus the original shipping charges).
I ship to the address provided by Paypal. Please make sure at checkout
that the address that's selected is the one you'd like your package sent
to.
Store Credit and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for
some reason you need to return your order, please email me asap before
you send it back. Once I receive your return and determine it to be in
good, unused condition, I'll issue a store credit for the merchandise cost.
Shipping costs (both for the original order and return) are not
refunded.
